As a Realtor I thoroughly enjoy working with people, from first-time buyers to families moving up to a larger home to people looking for a second home. I have been a Realtor since 1995 and am on the Board of Directors for the Durango Area Association of Realtors.

As a mother of two young men, I am very familiar with the local school systems. Every week I go to Park Elementary School and read with two students that need a little extra help. This program is called Reading Buddies.

You can't live in Durango without enjoying the outdoors and I am an avid snowboarder after skiing for many many years. I also love canoeing and river rafting and am a volunteer for Animas River Days.

This is just a note of thanks for the tremendous effort you put forth in our behalf in locating our new home in Durango. The compressed timeline with which we presented you, along with our absence a majority of the time, required a seasoned, experienced and trustworthy representative. You, indeed, met and exceeded that criteria! Your advice and guidance was not only professional, but we also had a fun time following it.

We are now in our new Durango home...and wanted to once again take a moment to thank you for your professionalism, your attention to detail, being a good listener, being knowledgeable of your industry...and your pleasant personality! We look forward to a long and continued relationship with not only the Wells Group, but with you, their agent, as well.

This is just a short note to let you know how much I appreciate your help in finding us a home.

In my adult life, I have moved a total of nine times; each time with a realtor at each end and I have never had a friendlier or more helpful agent than you.

You are always cheerful and happy to help us in any way that you can.

As you know, our granddaughter is now 2 1/2 and it has been about that long that we have worked with you finding a house.

Starting with that first house up in Crestview, where we made a deposit and then lost it because our Maryland house didn't sell...you were right there with long distance phone calls to Maryland and to wherever we happened to be.

Then, we decided to try to buy a house by double financing and then that deal fell through (the seller changed her mind at the last minute) and after we took a trip to Arizona, (after I don't know how many phone calls you made on that one) you were right there helping us find this little cottage; which is not quite so little now that we have put on the addition. ...it is not finished yet, but eventually we'll get there.

You have even helped us with ideas after our business relationship ended and I know I could call on you again, if I need any other help.

If ever have to sell (never, I hope) you will be the first one I'll call. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone in the future.
